“The Colours of the Night”
Blear is a visual exploration of nightlife through haze, distortion, and emotion. Blurring the boundaries between photography and graphic art, the project captures the intensity of the night through digitally manipulated imagery.
“The Colours of the Night”: Green, Blue and Red each representing different emotional states within nightlife, from alienation and reflection to passion and ecstasy.
Sound
STRAF Sound Department unites Amsterdam-based DJs and selectors through radio, live performances, curated sets, and underground club culture. Operating from De Fik’s sound studio in ACTA, the residents explore connection, emotion, and experimentation through sound. From SoundCloud mixes and radio sessions to live bookings and events, the department continues to shape its presence within Amsterdam’s nightlife scene.
